I Added Sombody on My Facebook And I never got the champ I unlinked my facebook but I still added somebody from facebook onto my friendslist and didn't get the mystery champion

You should read the announcement page for it. It states that you had to be connected for all of June 28th to be eligible; adding a friend was not a requirement.

You had to be connected, not add a friend. And it had to be by a certain date
