Theres A bug with the loading screen if a person doesnt connect

if im loading into a game i see everybody loading up there splash arts poping up and one person is not connect you would think that they reconnect later doing the loading but i sit there waiting for the game to start waiting and waiting till i finally restart league of legends and turns out the game had been going on while i was stuck in loading screen for no reason so is this a bug i want it to stop it's happend 4 times already im tired of it doing this
