having a serious issue. Every time my computer is shut down, the first league game I play each day takes like an hour to load into and crashes a lot. Sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn't. Anybody else having this issue? What is it?

your drivers are outdated
Go into a custom game first. It won't solve your problem, but atleast you won't lose in normal.
