Scammed out of 5 BA orbs?

I broke down and bought the 6250 RP pack that has 25 orbs. I only got to open 20 before a notice popped that said something to the effect of "Whoops! You hit the hextech (whatever) with your wrench and nothing happens. Restart your launcher and try again." So I restarted my launcher & they're not there. I didn't get anything either.

I tried to open a ticket to support but the website isn't working & won't let me log in. I'm also missing like 100 trials points because those are also broken. Yikes.
