Runes and Masteries Locked [CLIENT]

Legendinabox··1 votes·403 views

Twice now I have been in champ select and when I pick my champ, my Runes and Masteries are locked and say "Can't be accessed until level 8", though I am level 68. Not sure if this is a common bug or something just starting to pop up.
