highlights sound
Since 7.13 released if i try to make a highlight the sound is extremely choppy. Is anyone else experiencing this issue.

Yeah, but I barely get sound besides what sounds like tape being rapidly ripped off the inside of my speakers. Is it only this last patch that doesn't work?
