(Gameplay) Rengar Aram freezing

I tried playing Aram, got rengar, tried to trade with allied Jax, typed in chat before and after trade. Jax said no. I couldn't change my masteries, couldn't change my spells, and when the countdown to the end of the Loadout thing hit 0, I could still take all actions and I was never put into the game.

Edit: Dodged the que, reloaded the client and was put back into the game. Suffered severe ping spikes the whole time. Also nobody talked to me, but that could just be that my teammates were wads.
