[Gameplay] Vi can be CC'd during ult.

I've seen Vi get knocked back during her ult a few times in the past couple of games I've played. One was a Syndra E knocking her back and another was Vayne's condemn.

In the codemn instance the damage still went through and the CC occurred, but with Syndra she wasn't damaged and she wasn't CC'd.
