How is this possible ? (is dis a bug or i'm just being stupid? :O)

#Soo the game went like this ...

**Us the blue team everybody was active ** **and The red team ... they had one afk **

*And here is where it gets strange ,,, us the blue team , we were able to use the Remake (even tho the enemy team had the afk).

How is dis possible :O (or im just stupid and i dont know how the remake system works :D )

Can somebody explain it to me? :D
