Game not loading properly

Ok, so this has happened to me in the past (Once before the video and obviously in the video) So as the beginning of the video shows I load Into the game and I can't see my teammates but they can apparently see me, and i don't have the regular vision of my base, just the vision turrets provide. This video is mine i just completely forgot i can report bugs (my bad). But also as the video shows if i just leave the game and come back everything is fine.
