Extremely slow reaction in Client

Ever since the Clubs were released me and all of my friends have had very slow clients (ex. if someone were to join a Draft lobby their icon/banner would swirl VERY slowly and would be delayed, Or whenever i join a Pre-Game Ban/Pick lobby the timer would countdown at a noticeably slow rate and bans would happen very slowly (i.e. the banner would be cut and moved at (what i assume to be) 10-15 fps.) This "Bug" has made my League experience very frustrating. Please Fix ASAP
