[Gameplay] Extreme lag at exactly 25 seconds in. Could be related to dragon

FPS drops to 0 or below and it lasts about 3-5 seconds. Happens about 80% of the time.

As I type this, I'm realizing the only stuff that could possibly happen that consistently is the critters/effects on the map. Maybe dragon appearing on the south-west side at 25 seconds in kills it? It certainly didn't before 9.1 and I don't remember reading any changes to the map.
