Client moving extremely slow.

The user interface to get to anything is moving at a snail's pace. I try and load the lobby for a ranked match or the new hextech crafting. After it loads, which takes about 5 minutes, it crashes with an error message saying i lost contact with maestro. I have uninstalled, repaired, checked my internet, checked my PC parts, etc. Nothing seems to help. I can play normals just fine, but trying to use literally any other feature crashes my game.
