[GAMEPLAY] Bug: Volibear Q Fails to Flip

Volibear's Q, Rolling Thunder, occasionally fails to flip jungle monsters. Normally, it doesn't happen very often. However, if Volibear has feared them via his E, Triumphant Roar; then it happens much more consistently. Jungle monsters that are feared sometimes fail to be displaced at all. However, other times, it will fling them part-way, but then it will stop and they will be placed on the ground in front or on top of volibear, but not behind volibear.

This doesn't often break games or be the cause of losses, but I'm almost positive that it isn't an intended interaction.
