Unknown bug caused forced dodge in Normal Draft

This happened in the champion select phase of pre-match setup. I selected Sona as my intent, but the other team snagged her so I selected Lux. Moments after I selected Lux, the game kicked me to the lobby and stated that I had left (dodged), with dodge penalty.

The fuck is this, Riot?
