HOLY PENALTY

I logged off after dodging blind pick after accidentally signing in back in to do a ranked game after accidentally not pressing the ready button during a ranked draft the first time. The penalty for the first time was 5 minutes. The penalty for the second time was 11 minutes. BUT WHEN I LOGGED BACK IN IT WAS MADE TO 30 MINUTES. WHAT THE HELL.

I had champion selected but I didn't hit a stupid button because I am talking about strategy with my team and had my headphones off... This is beyond stupid.

I think the second penalty is actually 30 minutes, so if it displayed 11 minutes somewhere that would indeed be a bug.
