In game not responding

since last 2 or 3 weeks i'm having a ingame client not responding after 2 or 3 min inside the game. when it's happened only thing i can do is open task manager and kill league client working. this is so annoying and i have to reconnect fast when its happens.
btw my pc is good hardware and i'm playing since season 5 but problem like this never came, it's happening randomly not every game
