Champ moves on their own and can't move them for 1-2 seconds [GAMEPLAY]

At random times, my champ would suddenly start to move in a random direction and I have no control over them. Then they stop for 1-2 seconds which after i can then move them. It appears to happen randomly and my friend also reported the same thing so I knew it wasn't just me.
