(GAMEPLAY) urgot visual slow bug

It was showing the jarvan was slowed but he really wasnt, he was all by himself while i was getting back to lane. He walked for a little bit and was shown being slowed but his movement speed was the same. It looks similar to someone being affected by ryalis.
