[GAMEPLAY] Braum voice muted while playing El Tigre skin

Played a game today with my usual supp braum. Got the new El tigre skin a while back when it came out. After the patch today. He had nothing to say...As we walked, he remained silent. As we laughed. No laughter was sung. All Taunts. Jokes. Item quotes...nothing. You can hear his sound effects, just no voice. However when i played regular braum, Or Dragonslayer Braum. He was able to speak.

HES MUTE!!! MY BRAUM IS MUTE....
