Diana's shield is a spellshield now?
I flashed + q + w, a Diana who shielded as I queued the actions. She was not stunned. Can someone explain this interaction?

Just tried this in practice tool, it seems before your Q missile hit Diana you used your W thus putting the stun on the W instead of her Q. Even though the Q is the 4th spell it seems it puts the stun on the W if your Q has not hit the target by the time the W is cast
Also just noticed if you just press Q in practice tool you will notice that the 4 stun count only rises when the Q hits the target, it does not rise on cast.
Your W went off before your Q connected.
The stun went into the W on cast because its and AoE ability while Q has to connect with its target.
you consumed your stun by using w before q connected LOL basic shit dude. w consumes your stun on cast, q consumes your stun on hit.
Annie's passive stacks when her offensive spells deal damage, not when they are cast. E is an exception because it is active the moment it's cast.
This is despite the fact that the passive says on-cast.
Because the only spells in Annie's kit that cannot deal damage instantly on-cast is Q.
They should just edit it to say when it deals damage and it's fixed.
its the same reason annie's Stun is not consumed when windwalled, it didnt connect before W came out
