Essence Imporium ?

I was saving some ip to complete my chroma sets because I knew this sale was coming up, but I noticed that Popstar Ahri and Firecracker Jinx chromas are not part of it. Seeing as how they both were released way before the requirements to be included in the sale I was wondering why this wasn't available for purchase with blue essence? If I remember correctly I purchased the three chromas I have from these sets with ip from the previous Essence Imporium Shop. Can someone explain why they're not included this time around but the omegasquad chromas are ?
