Roit account major bug! Account still banned on expired reform card.

Due to the recent riot account change my account seems to be banned still even though the reform card that was given to me was for 14 days till November 25 of 2019. I'm still unable to play in to this day. I've created a ticket but this needs to be resolved. I was even allowed to purchase $20 additional RP on the account which i did which should be unacceptable for an account that is no longer playable nor has a friends list.

Please resolve this issue quickly or give me my money back. Why would the reform card say the 25th of 2019 but i am still not allowed to play, or allow me to $20 of purchase RP on an account that can't use it for anything?

I just got back to league after a long hiatus.. this is unacceptable.
