Bans issues concerrently in error. Wrongly double punishing summinors into permaban. HELP!

Without going through reform process, the automated feed system is capable of a one time glitchy window where a player will be flagged for a suspension but in a game where they will also be automatically flagged for INTENTIONALLY FEEDING by a bot (even though they might not be doing that, building correctly and playing poorly but earnestly trying and too far behind to win a game) The issue with this Bug is that firstly you get a double suspension instantaneously (outside the control of flow for normal player behavior rectification). Secondly you're unable to see or contest the content of the automated systems ban, I.E. You play poorly and are flagged for inting, You're unable to see that that happens and have no logs of such.

The easy way to prove this happens is checking the punishment history of a player, you will find that the automated system will activate BEFORE the 14 day suspension runs its course, also bugging the client side UI because there is not second tab or record of the behavior that got you perma-banned. The Riot Employee I'm interactiing with said it themselves.

Mumbino: "Just to let you know, when receiving a 2-week suspension; it is our way of giving the player a final warning. If you receive another intentional feeding suspension the account will be auto-escalated to a perma ban. But if you want to avoid that, you can heal from your penalty by playing to your best ability with a neutral-positive mind set."

This is a bug, based off what was said because: There was no warning or window to reform, the levels escalated instantaneously. That's also not mentioning the fact that it's impossible to properly contest a ban the feeder bot found with no evidence of such.

The systems are separate. This can happen, but it requires the player to be playing a game, get reported, then start a new game before they can be given a 14 day ban card. Then after their current game, they are validly reported and then escalated to a permanent ban.

In that case, support will reduce the punishment. It is also completely possible to contest any ban to support. You need not know the evidence - either the evidence shows you were intentionally feeding and thus the ban is correct, or the evidence does not show that and support will remove the punishment.

What a coincidence. I didn't have this problem, but my account was permabanned and I actually talked to Mumbino. He's very personable if you have a conversation with him, but none of the Riot support members are helpful. They all say exactly what you quoted. It's all scripted. I have yet to find a way to appeal my permaban.

Based on information you seemed to have provided, here is my best guess on what actually happened.

  1. You have no idea if your roommates play on your account or not. Whether that is due to them knowing your password, or just staying logged in doesn't matter.

  2. You have had a previous 14 day ban for intentional feeding. This is based off a response you apparently got via support ticket.

  3. Your reform card that you have shared is for verbal comms.

  4. While on the 14 day ban for verbal comms, you were given another punishment for intentional feeding or trolling.

  5. This caused the reform card's system to bug and not be sure which punishment card to show. Resulting in a perm ban with the 14 day card to remain.

Again, this is just a rough guess based on information you have shared.

Was this punishment issued 4 months ago?
