Honor Bug

Honor doesn't seem to be coming up at all, I've been dishonored for 2-3 months, and I've been playing an average of 4 games a day for that entire time, I understand it comes up slowly but I've seen people in the same span of time rise 3 levels in honor and I haven't even gotten 1? I think it's bugged.
