When a uses Whimsy on an enemy champion it Polymorphs them. This makes them unable to cast abillitys or auto attack. However, if a uses Tumble and has Condemn or an Auto attack already qued after the tumble, even if Polymorphs them, the Auto attack or Condemn will go through. This can lead to losing trades that would have otherwise have been won or a Condemned . And no one wants a condemned .
