What's wrong with Twisted Fate?

Does anyone know what specifically happened to Twisted Fate to get him temporarily disabled? I've been playing a lot of JG Twisted Fate lately because he's the only jungler besides Eve who I not only enjoy playing, but actually get their kit, and I already miss him... If any Rioteer/Player knows what's going on with my best friend TF, please comment or leave a link to the info. Thanks

Two things:

  1. When he used his W it would use items in your inventory as if they had no CD.
  2. Sometimes the W would vanish and put it on full CD if you cancel the AA.

Alright, I've noticed the second item, but I don't use to many item actives on my Jungle build so that's why I haven't noticed the first. Thanks for taking time to help me out :)
