Hacking or Weird Glitch for Lux?

I JUST played a game with a Lux where all her abilities were completely invincible. I didn't notice if shield was too but her snare and orb and ult all were invincible and I thought it was just me, didn't load textures or something properly but my whole team said it was the same for them. I don't want to post the player's user name in case it was just a weird glitch or bug but I've never seen this ever before. What would be my proper course of action for this? Just post this here or submit something else to check into?
