2016 Review First Pentakill MIssing

As the title says, I do not have a first pentakill of the season that is showing up on the review page. I tried looking it up on my smurf and found it (Best GP). I'm pretty sure my first pentakill was on Draven, but I'm not exactly sure because it doesn't actually show it on my review page.
