[New Launcher] Ability to block from Friend list and simply adding to block list MIA

I've had to deal with someone harassing me through friend requests. The ability to use the block function on someone within the friend list does not operate at all, instead returning "oops" and doing nothing.

There is also no means to add to the block list when viewing it from the option menu.
