I can't play the game.

When I'm in game, health bars show up as full when people take damage so I have no idea what HP I'm at when I'm playing and i randomly start teleporting as well as enemies, I reinstalled 5 times and it's still doing this, I'm having problems with no other games so I have no idea what could be happening.
