What is this client lag?
Takes like 2 minutes just to make a lobby Then it won't let me leave for 2 minutes then it takes forever to invite wtf is this? fix your shit

Games are not void of issues on rare occasions. I've experienced issues like this plenty of times in other mmo's and what not. Perfection is a farse.
Bugs happen sometimes.
LoL is one of the most bug-free popular games, be glad it works perfectly 99% of the time instead of spazzing out or crashing reliably.
Old client is the best.
