Why is league of legends updating again?!

I just updated Friday and now its updating again... have done everything I could to remove league but for some reason it says "its in my folders" so I search them and find nothing! Also I gave it an hour to update and it was stuck at 5% I have tried this 2 times and usually it is finished in 25-30 minutes. Will someone Please Help Me!!!
