Game crashing

I think they should lower the bans because I have played 3 games in a row,and every time my game has crashed or lagged very hard.I try to reconnect around 4-5 times and I get placed in a lower priority queue for 5 matchmade games.So when I am lagging I will leave restart my computer and get back and it takes around 2-3mins.After that I reconnect the game ends after a while then I go home and get put in lower priority queue.Please lower these bans they are too heavy and ban people too fast.Thanks!
