Neeko Health Bug

Twice now I've seen a glitch that causes Neeko to appear on your screen as level one and full health for the entire game. I first saw it in an ARAM match a few days ago but I didn't notice it too much and I also don't know if it lasted the entire game. I just played a ranked game today however and I played mid lane against an enemy Neeko. From the very beginning of the game the glitch was in effect. It didn't matter if you hit her with an auto attack or abilities, on screen she remained full health and level one. You could check what level she was on the scoreboard but even left clicking on her still showed that she was level one and full health. The entire game I wasn't able to fight her because I never knew how much damage I did in trades or if she was ever low enough to all in. Some members of my team saw the same thing but I'm not 100% sure if it was everyone. She ended up with 0 deaths in that game. Whether or not we could've played around it is for the non-garbage ELO players to discuss, but it was still aggravating and unfair. Sorry, but I have absolutely no idea what could've caused the glitch, but it was in effect from the moment the game started until it ended.
