Rune pages masteries and item pages disappearing

Since I first updated to 6.4, every time i log on to league, my rune pages, masteries, and item sets are deleted. Well not deleted. The page itself is still there but theres no runes or masteries on it. So everytime I log on I have to go and redo all of my rune pages and mastery pages. Sometimes i forget to do this and go into a match without runes or masteries. The first time this happened my hotkeys were all on the wrong keys and my setting like map, hud, healthbars, summoner names, chat, and resolution were mixed up too. That only happened once. The runes, masteries and item pages happen evey time I open up league. Is there anything I can do to stop this or will I have to wait until next patch for a bugfix?
