[POST GAME LOBBY] Champion Mastery Points not awarded

After a game, regardless of team, game mode, or champion, I am sometimes not awarded points towards masteries. It has been happening more frequently, and the points are never awarded, even after closing and restarting the client. I have waited upwards of 30 minutes after the game to see if it was a connectivity issue, it never corrected. I have no idea how it happens as sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Q.Q

As a result, I have been unable to continue mastering my champions.

I've been noticing a similar bug. After the game where the points should be shown it just shows the loading process. When I look at the champion I used after the game it still shows that it's points went up. It usually also only happens for the first and/or second game since I logged in. Kind of annoying.

It is possible that you are using a free champion, so it caps at 12600 points. I have an issue with the loading circle so it is not visible, but the points still show up. When Ekko was free, I played him and wanted to get to level 5, and I kept playing him at level 4 because it didn't tell me that it capped until it finally loaded one time and it said that I was not able to earn points anymore. So capping at level 4 is not a glitch, but loading is messed up for some people.
