Why was Diana's Q reverted without notice ?
on the patch notes it still says the q changes are in place but dont appear in game. And theres not mention of the revert on these boards or on the patch notes, what is going on?

Shit was missed, most likely. Remember when Shen had a feature i his tooltips that took another year and a half for anyone to notice it was actually missing?
