"Unspecified error occurred. Please check the logs for more information."

I am trying to reinstall the game because I am having lag issues. This is not an issue with my internet. I deleted all previous LoL files on my computer. Now I am getting this error. What is going on?

Edit: I retried about three times and eventually it went through.
