[GAMEPLAY] Sound bugs on Vladimir and Fiora

Recently, Vladimir got back his old E lines/grunts, and says it when he starts to cast his new E. I'm unaware if this is intentional or a bug itself; it is a nice touch nonetheless, but the sound is currently bugged in his Blood Lord Vladimir skin and doesn't reproduce the specific lines of that skin, instead playing the lines of his base skin.

Fiora's is actually a very old one, which has been around since she got her rework IIRC. Whenever Yasuo and Fiora are in the same game, Fiora's Q, Lunge, plays the sound effect of Yasuo's Q, Steel Tempest, when hitting something, instead of its own sound effect.

Unfortunately I don't have proof of the bugs, but they happen under any circumstances; in Vladimir's case it happens automatically whenever his Blood Lord skin is chosen for the game, while Fiora's happens exclusively whenever Yasuo is in the game alongside her, regardless of what team he is in.
