Transferred Account Reset to Level 1

I just transferred an account from NA to JP because ill be living there for a month this coming August. When I did so I kept having error messages popping up when selecting a new summoner name even though the names were all available. Finally after like 100 tries it let me pick a name and now the account that ive had since season 1 has been reset to a level 1 account with no champs or skins but the RP and BE still remain??? Really confused and would love to hear some feedback on this. (image attached to this post for proof that I have RP and BE at level 1 LOL)
