"Your Shop" is ripping people off

I'm not sure if this is happening to others, but on my shop it has the prices insanely bloated. I was wondering if this is intentional to gain profit or if it is merely a bug. (check photo for context)

The champion faces mean you don't own the champion and the price will reflect the need to also purchase them.
That looks like a bug to me. Have you checked those skins in the store to verify those aren't the correct prices? Cause I think they're not.
