Will League Client ever get fixed?

Every time a new update comes out i freaking pray so the client doesn't fuck up doing one of the following: 1)Freezing at 0% or 100%."Eating" all my pc and internet power 2)Forcing older patch installation to fix(nice joke btw)the problem,as a result you have a staring contest with the 0.0 mb/0.0 mb update downloading 3)An endless recyling process where client forces you to download an older patch,and as soon as the client tries to do so,tells you that you have to restart the client because it could not update.
