Laggy client

I know some people might not have it laggy but people like me that don't have a very good connection It lags to the point where it actually loses me games. Sometimes it lags so much i can't even lock in a champ, change sums etc. And when someone dodges and right after it theres a match found it throws me out of queue bcs i cant even press accept. Not to mention the store wich wont even open most of the time. What is funny is that riot has time to make champs like Zoe the definition of you know what. but cant even make a good client.
