Gameplay - Mordekaiser kit is bugged to hell

Once 6.9 hit, Mord has had terrible issues.

Q:

  • Mord stutter steps consistently when attempting to hit an enemy champ running away (when he is well within range)

W:

  • No longer goes onto minions if ally is nearby
  • No longer goes onto targeted ally
  • ALWAYS goes to closest ally champ
  • I am not sure but I do not think the XP bonus is working
  • Reactivation cast time seems a bit more than it once was. Not too sure about this one but might as well mention it.

R:

  • Dragon ghost is NOT working if Mord does not get killing blow

It seems that this is being ignored by Riot even though there have been many threads about this since 6.9 went live...

ADC Mordekaiser main here, while I'm not having issues getting dragon, my W's targeting isn't prioritizing champions, in fact I often have issues getting it to go to my support. W's cast time is annoying as hell, but more noticeably, then end activation damage is only dealing damage to two minions if it ends while overlapping, making CSing with it much more sporadic.
