[GAMEPLAY] Morgana E not working?

So after updating to 7.7, i went into a ARAM game and got morgana and the whole game my black shield didnt seem to work at all, ended up feeding my butt off due to it, not 100% if a bug or not. but that hasnt happen before to me and i was confused. Black shielded and the next second i get 's fear on me even tho the whole time my E shield was up while i was feared.

will update if this occurs again. hopefully not.

I concur with this, Morgana's shield doesn't seem to work against abilities it should work against. Also, her q doesn't work on master Yi for some dumb reason. He only cant be slowed, or so his ability description states.
