[CRASH] Ingame Freeze

Qued in towards an ARAM game as Caitlyn after a reroll. Played a few levels into the game and was top side vs their bottom side. After engaging near their tier 1 tower, the game refuses to respond. I initially thought it was a connection issue, however my firefox is currently having no problem communicating out. I also noticed, the ping listed as 60. I continued to input movements/spells, any buttons ithat were able to done, no commands at all worked. ALT+f4 did however prompt an leaver options, but the rest of the client was unresponsive. After taking the closing option, I attempted to restart the game, in which it continually brings a FAILED TO CONNECT (please check network and attempt to recon). After a complete reboot of my labtop and client itself, the outcome didn't change. I pinged a friend I saw online, and they were having no issues at all. After waiting a hot minute, when finally able to see the client screen (the homepage} when checking the match history, the game did not even register.
