Champ Select Bug (CLIENT)

While in champion select in ranked... I have encountered this bug twice. When I am selecting a champ, for some odd reason it gives me a different champ after I lock in. For instance my last ranked match I picked LeBlanc to play against Ahri, and I was given Katarina... I know for a fact when I locked in it was on LeBlanc. In another case I had picked an AD carry and was given Swain so I dodged for my team. Maybe the bug is swapping the character icons around, I have seen this happen under profile where I see the champs I own. I have no idea how this happens or how to recreate this bug. I don't want this bug to happen to anyone else, so at least take a look into it...
