[GamePlay]kass ult and cho q, w reaction

I may have found a bug where with kass ult and cho when I would ult out of cho's q and w before it went off I would still affect (knock up, silence) and damage I would ult before animation would actually go off not sure if I wasn't fast enough or it is actually a bug please look in to it
