ip bug [visional]

the IP stays the same number after every purchase the image linked is after I played a game after purchase and it shows that IP has increased but I am only to supposed to have 748 because before game I have purchase 2 tier3 quintessence's of health and I also hover over an other runes to show that I do not have IP that is shown this happens to me constantly not really a problem but can get annoying
